What is BTL Clinic?

BTL Clinic is an online community specialising in provide tools, help, support and encouragement to our members, whatever their circumstances maybe. Our members range from novice investors right the way through to experienced property portfolio owners.

We offer a central location where our members can find everything they need to ensure that they are kept up-to-date with all the latest news and developments in the UK Property Market, and where they are free to access hundreds of resources including articles, tools, and videos aimed at educating our members as to the most lucrative and effective strategies in the industry.

Who are BTL Clinic?

We are a team of professional BTL Investors whose work has started from zero and who have amassed a combined property portfolio worth over £25m in the last 5 years.

We have associations with many useful and knowledgeable individuals including expert brokers, valuers, investors, conveyancers, tax specialists and the like. These individuals work alongside us to ensure that the content of the site promotes the success of our members.

How much does membership cost?

Membership of BTL Clinic is just £29.95 per month. For this relatively low monthly cost you have full access to our members area. You can choose to pay monthly or annually if you prefer. Those individuals opting to subscribe annually will be entitled to 2 months free.

Our members are free to terminate their subscription at any time, however we believe that once people have had the opportunity to see what we are about, that will be the last thing they will want to do.

What can I expect to receive as a BTL Clinic Member?

As a member of BTL Clinic you will be provided with an astounding amount of knowledge, news, support and community spirit!

You can speak with property experts in our REALTIME chat room, upload and share files, manage your portfolio, access legal documents and letters, interact with our experts in video Q & A sessions, post on the forum, private message your friends, review property training programs, receive debt management support, access email and telephone support and much, much more!

What is the 'BTL Clinic Defibrillator'?

This is an innovative investigative study being conducted exclusively by BTL Clinic. By joining as a member you are able to input information relating to your own portfolio, so that you can add facts and figures to a master database, the biggest of its kind in the UK.

This information, which is 100% anonymous, will be used to identify how the current market conditions are affecting BTL, and to enable the biggest amalgamation of property investors to 'stand together' and ensure that those involved in the BTL Industry receive fair treatment by lenders and the authorities.

I'm new to property, how can BTL Clinic help me?

At BTL Clinic you will receive direct insight into how to succeed in property from both our experts and our experienced investor members. You will be able to interact directly with them in a variety of ways.

Remember first of all that a problem shared is a problem halved. More importantly however, is who you'll be able to share your problems with.

If you think you may be experiencing difficulties relating to your portfolio in the not too distant future, you can discuss these matters with our Debt Management Specialists.
